When will I get the key?

Right after the payment is confirmed: on the order page and by email. It usually takes a few seconds.

How do I activate a subscription?

Open your profile on bunker-online.com, click “Subscribe”, enter the key in the pop-up field and click “Activate”.

How do I top up my token balance?

On the store page bunker-online.com/en/store click “Top up balance”, enter the key and click “Activate”.

The email with the key did not arrive. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. The key is also always available on the order page you see after payment. Save its link.

Is the payment secure?

Payments are handled by Robokassa. We never receive or store your card details.
